Qualifications

• Degree or recognized diploma in Phytotherapy or Herbal Medicine.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in clinical phytotherapy practice.
• Extensive knowledge of medicinal plants, their constituents, actions, indications, and contraindications.
• Proven ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions using herbal medicine.
• Experience in formulating complex herbal prescriptions.
• Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Professional accreditation or membership with a recognized herbal medicine association.
• Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care.

Responsabilités

• Conduct thorough client assessments, including medical history, lifestyle, and dietary analysis, to identify root causes of health issues.
• Develop personalized phytotherapy treatment plans using a wide array of medicinal plants and herbal formulations.
• Prescribe and prepare custom herbal remedies, ensuring appropriate dosages, forms (teas, tinctures, capsules), and combinations.
• Educate clients on the principles of herbal medicine, the benefits and safe use of specific herbs, and potential interactions.
• Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Stay current with scientific research, clinical trials, and emerging trends in phytotherapy and herbal medicine.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to professional standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and holistic patient care.
• Manage inventory of herbs, raw materials, and finished herbal products.
• Contribute to the clinic's educational initiatives and outreach programs.
