Responsibilities

• Provide Senior Leadership: Serve as the primary advisor to the CMO, lead the JSUMC Physician Advisor team, and oversee Utilization Review to align strategies with hospital-wide quality, safety, and financial goals.
• Drive Clinical & Financial Optimization: Oversee Utilization Management, Clinical Documentation Integrity, and denial prevention to improve throughput and reimbursement.
• Innovate with Technology: Champion the use of Epic dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance documentation and coding accuracy.
• Lead and Educate: Develop and implement a robust education curriculum for medical staff, residents, and APPs.
