Job summary

The Tohono O'odham Nation Health Care seeks a seasoned Physical Therapist to supervise the physical therapy division, guide patient care, and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities in Sells and beyond.

You will lead staff, coordinate evaluations and treatment plans, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance evidence-based practice and program development, while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist with supervisory experience preferred.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the physical therapy department, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coordinate patient referrals, evaluations, and treatment plans to ensure timely and appropriate care delivery.
• Develop individualized treatment programs and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to coordinate patient care and outcomes.
• Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and training to staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development.
