Job summary

Rehab 2 Perform is seeking a Senior Performance Physical Therapist to assess and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement limitations. You will craft personalized plans using manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to restore function and improve performance for life.

You will collaborate with other clinicians, educate families, and document progress while upholding APTA principles and standards of practice in a team-focused, growth-minded environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited school of Physical Therapy or equivalent.
• Licensed or eligible for state licensure in the applicable state(s).
• Proven ability to apply evidence-based techniques in clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuro conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with manual therapy and exercises.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans; educate patients and families.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations and progress.

In this role, you will assess, and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological, and movement limitations. You will develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based techniques, therapeutic exercises, and patient education to help individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve their ability to perform now, and for life! You will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, patient education, and functional training.Rehab 2 Perform also places a high value on community engagement as it looks to educate and empower the community that it serves.JOB DUTIES:Evaluate and assess patients' physical condition and develop appropriate treatment plansProvide hands-on therapy to patients, including exercises, stretches, and manual techniquesMonitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryEducate patients and their families on proper techniques for at-home exercises and self-careCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient careMaintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plansSkills:Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminologyAbility to effectively communicate with patients and their familiesExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsProficient in using therapeutic equipment and modalitiesFamiliarity with pediatric orthopedic & sports physical therapy is a plusCOMPENSATION, BENEFITS & EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIESPay range based on experience.
