Job summary

Tactica Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Special Security Representative to support the 116th Military Intelligence Brigade at Fort Hood, TX. You will serve as the principal technical advisor for physical security across SCIFs and manage automated access control systems and security documentation.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI poly, hands-on ACS/IDS/CCTV experience, and a background in ICD/ICS 705 compliance. Occasional travel is possible; on-site at Fort Hood.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on security experience with physical security programs (SSR/SSO/FSO).
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph eligibility.
• Extensive knowledge of ICD/ICS 705, IC Tech Spec, DoD 5200.01 / AR 380-5.

Responsibilities

• Advise on physical and technical security standards for SCIF facilities.
• Manage and audit automated access control, IDS, and CCTV systems.
• Maintain facility accreditation packages and secure containers, cipher locks, and key control programs.
• Coordinate UL 2050 certifications, alarm tests, and IDS testing with monitoring stations.
• Support SCIF construction, accreditation packages, CSPs, and related docs.
• Conduct security surveys, inspections, and anti-terrorism measures for subordinate SCIFs.
• Lead physical security evaluation components of the OIP.
