Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking an experienced Special Security Representative to support DoD acquisition security operations. The role focuses on SCI protection, personnel security, and SCIF management at Fort Belvoir, VA, with a contractor environment.

You will conduct indoctrinations, manage security clearances, and support incident response, while ensuring compliance with ICD 705 and related DoD directives. Telework is not indicated; on-site responsibilities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in DoD Special Security
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
• Working knowledge of ICD 705, DoD security manuals, NISPOM and related standards
• Experience with DoD security databases (DISS, Scattered Castles, NBIS) and RMT traffic

Responsibilities

• Administer personnel security processes and manage SCI access nominations
• Implement physical security standards for SCIFs and review security plans
• Conduct SCI indoctrinations, refresher trainings, and specialized briefings
• Assist with security incident inquiries and prepare IDS reports
• Draft weekly activity reports and maintain SSO documentation and SharePoint
