Job summary

Pivot Point Solutions seeks a Senior Physical Security Project Manager to lead planning and field execution of complex security projects across California. Qualifications

• 7+ years of PM experience in physical security or related field construction.
• Direct experience managing field installation projects with physical security systems.
• Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, intrusion, and perimeter protection.
• Experience with enterprise security platforms AMAG, Software House, Genetec, or similar.
• Ability to read construction drawings and related project documentation.
• Experience coordinating contractors, integrators, vendors, and field resources.
• Experience in PMO processes and governance documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between project locations.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule across office, field, and home.
• Familiarity with OSHA requirements and construction-site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical security and low-voltage projects from planning through installation, testing, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and documentation.
• Conduct site assessments to validate design requirements, constructability, and risks.
• Coordinate installation of access control, CCTV, intrusion, alarms, and perimeter security assets.
• Manage security integrators, subcontractors, technicians, vendors, and other resources.
• Coordinate with IT, facilities, and stakeholders to align project activities.
• Review drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Handle procurement and logistics for equipment and materials.
• Monitor safety, quality, and adherence to schedule; drive issue resolution.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and turnover; maintain governance records.
