GSA, Office of Mission Assurance seeks a Supervisory Security Specialist to lead the Physical Security Branch in multiple U.S. locations. You will serve as the principal technical advisor on physical and industrial security programs, and co-lead sector initiatives in alignment with national policies.

You will manage OMA programs, develop long-range goals, and supervise staff while coordinating with emergency management to ensure disaster response readiness and budget justification.

Qualifications

• Provides executive oversight for OMA programs and coordinates with the Emergency Management Office.
• Leads and supervises subordinate staff to meet security objectives and budgets.
• Translates industry best practices into actionable security program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal technical advisor to GSA officials on physical and industrial security programs.
• Co-leads the Government Services and Facility Sector to align national strategies with Chief Security Officer directives.
• Manages branch programs, develops data and rationale for staffing and budgeting, and oversees resource allocation.
