Position summary:

The Physical Security Analyst is a key member of the Physical Security team, focusing on technologies, processes, and procedures that help the Company meet regulatory obligations and general business security needs. Responsibilities include assessing physical security needs, working with corporate groups and contractors to implement security measures, and managing Physical Security Systems using Windows Server to support NERC and TSA Regulations.

Pay Range:

This posting includes the full pay range. Pay is based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

• Level II: $71,100 - $106,600
• Senior Level: $84,600 - $126,900

Reporting Relationship:

Physical Security Manager

Location:

This position may be based in Fayetteville, AR; Denver, CO; Council Bluffs, IA; or Rapid City, SD.

Relocation Assistance:

Essential Functions:

• Lead security projects supporting gas, electric, and business operations.
• Implement and test physical security controls like access card readers, cameras, and DVRs.
• Manage security management software, including access control, video management, and incident response systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls on Windows servers, including firewalls and intrusion detection.
• Manage security project implementation and system support.
• Develop communications and promote security awareness campaigns.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues and support system repairs.
• Participate in after-hours support and on-call rotations.
• Support audits related to NERC-CIP, TSA, SOC, and internal audits.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Travel as needed for project oversight and risk assessments.
• Assist and guide Level I Security Analysts with vendor and system support.
• Provide recommendations for cost-effective and industry-standard security systems.

Minimum Requirements:

Level II:

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with physical security installation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, security systems, and operating systems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of NERC-CIP, TSA, and SOX regulations.
• Experience with network systems, vulnerability management, and scripting.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
