Job summary

ProSync Technology Group, LLC is seeking a Senior-Level Physical Security (PHYSEC) Specialist to lead and oversee physical security programs supporting DoD and IC missions. The role protects personnel, facilities, and classified information through risk-based planning, compliance, and mitigation.

The candidate will advise senior leadership, oversee audits and corrective actions, and ensure security requirements across projects.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in physical security, force protection, or related disciplines.
• Experience with DoD/IC security policies and facilities.
• Ability to obtain PSC within 1 year of hire.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with SAP/SAR eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead physical security programs supporting classified facilities, operations, infrastructure, and government programs.
• Develop, implement, and oversee physical security policies and protection strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive physical security assessments, vulnerability analyses, and risk evaluations.
• Provide recommendations to leadership on facility protection and risk mitigation.
• Oversee compliance with DoD, IC, and agency requirements.
• Lead security inspections, self-assessments, and corrective actions.
• Evaluate designs and construction projects to embed security requirements.
• Coordinate security activities with government customers, engineers, and facilities teams.
