Stellar Professionals seeks an experienced PHP/MySQL Developer & System Analyst to support the State of Michigan's REDCap platform hosted on AWS in Lansing, MI. The role combines application development, infrastructure tasks, and data automation to ensure secure, compliant operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of PHP development experience.
5+ years hands-on MySQL database management.
5+ years using Python for automation.
5+ years designing and implementing RESTful APIs.
5+ years supporting enterprise apps on AWS.
Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field.

Responsibilities

REDCap updates, patches, and external module deployments; admin for users/projects.
Coordinate AWS infrastructure activities: EC2, S3, VPC, web servers, SSL certs, backups.
Design, build, and debug RESTful APIs and Python automation scripts.
MySQL database administration, performance tuning, and identity integration.
Track work in Azure DevOps, ensure HIPAA/compliance and audit logging.
