Job summary

Info Origin Inc. seeks a PHP/MySQL Developer to provide operational, technical, and application support for a cloud-hosted enterprise platform. You will work on PHP development, database management, RESTful APIs, AWS infrastructure, and Linux server administration.

Ideal candidates collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain a secure, reliable, and highly available environment, with hybrid onsite work in Lansing, MI and a 12+ month contract.

Qualifications

• Strong PHP development experience with maintenance of PHP-based applications.
• Proficient MySQL database administration and SQL querying skills.
• Experience building and supporting RESTful APIs and integrations.
• Hands-on AWS services experience including EC2.
• Experience managing Apache and NGINX web servers.
• Linux server administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational and technical support for a cloud-hosted application platform.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PHP-based applications and microservices.
• Manage and optimize MySQL databases, queries, and data validation processes.
• Build and support REST API integrations with internal and external systems.
• Install, configure, and support modules in Linux/AWS environments.
• Perform software updates, patches, and system maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with infra, cloud, security, and business teams to ensure availability.
• Manage AWS resources including EC2, networking, storage, and backups.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and SSL/TLS security configurations.
• Develop automation scripts for data processing and system admin tasks.
