Job Qualification:

• Act as a hands on Full Stack PHP / React Technical lead, actively coding across frontend and backend stacks.
• Design and develop backend services using PHP and Laravel, including REST APIs and integrations.
• Develop modern frontend applications using JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot MySQL schemas, queries, and data workflows.
• Implement secure integrations using LDAP libraries and required PHP plugins.
• Enforce engineering best practices using GitLab, code reviews, CI/CD, and PHPUnit testing.
• Build and maintain queue workers using PHP and a custom microframework for async processing.
• Own containerized environments using Docker and support local orchestration via Haz.
• Configure and tune NGINX, application runtime, and service to service communication.
• Mentor developers while remaining deeply hands on (majority coding responsibility) and accountable for delivery.
