Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in MySQL, PHP 7 & PHP 8 proficiency, Rest API, CodeIgniter, and Laravel (or comparable OO MVC framework).
• Expertise in Object Oriented PHP.
• Experience with PHPUnit and/or other modern unit testing frameworks.
• MySQL/MariaDB/AWS RDS – basic querying and design concepts.
• Linux system administration basics and Unix commands.
• HTML basics and modern web layout.
• Bootstrap experience a plus.
• Containerized, blue/green deploys a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs code development, product design, and programming activities.
• Designs, implements, and maintains product modules or sub-systems.
• Adheres to production processes and follows plans to meet goals.
• Leverages existing code and seeks opportunities for reuse.
• Provides production support and participates in post-production support.
