Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on PHP development experience.
• Proficient in Laravel, Docker, and background queues.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent English and Russian communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance backend PHP applications for the auction platform.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers.
• Implement and optimize Docker-based deployments and queues.
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Design scalable, reliable backend architectures and CI/CD processes.
