INDI is seeking experienced PHP Senior Developers to join our Development team and work on diverse projects with multicultural teams distributed around the world. You will be proactive, collaborative, and driven to deliver the best possible user experiences, using modern PHP and front-end skills.

The role challenges you to influence architecture, resolve complex technical issues, and continuously improve code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of PHP experience with strong front-end skills.
• Workflow management and full development lifecycle experience.
• Collaborates with architects, business analysts, testers and product owners.
• Experience with Zend, Laravel, Symfony frameworks preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with minimal supervision and with a diverse team.
• Resolve the most technically challenging issues facing the organization.
• Write code with increasing quality and maintainability.
• Guide the architecture of large features affecting multiple parts of the company.
• Research and introduce new technology to improve applications and the development pipeline.
