Job summary

Gosnold, Inc. in Centerville, MA, is seeking a PHP Clinician to lead day-to-day program activities within a full-time, 30+ hour/week schedule.

The role requires a Master’s degree in counseling or related field and an established clinical background in addiction or mental health treatment. Salary ranges from $68,640 to $76,960 annually, with a strong emphasis on supervision, care planning, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field required.
• Two years of clinical experience in addiction or mental health treatment.
• Independent License preferred: LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• Experience with EMRs, tele-health and Excel.
• Strong analytical and organizational, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clinical staff on counseling functions.
• Monitor services and review charts for clinical appropriateness.
• Conduct clinical reviews to track patient progress.
• Collaborate with program director to troubleshoot complex cases.
• Perform staff appraisals and contribute to staffing decisions.
• Deliver direct clinical services including individual and group counseling.
• Participate in utilization review and care coordination with payers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure high quality care.
• Drive performance improvement and staff training on documentation.
• Stay current on behavioral treatment practices and apply to program management.
