Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical, Optical, Materials Science or related field.
• 3+ years in photonics reliability and test engineering.
• Knowledge of photonic device physics and PICs.
• Experience with reliability testing, accelerated life testing, analysis.
• Hands-on bench work, testing equipment, and data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop reliability strategies, test methodologies and sample plans.
• Create and maintain Python-based test scripts and automation.
• Conduct accelerated aging and environmental tests.
• Analyze data and build reliability models (Weibull, lognormal).
• Document results and manage testing databases.
