You will lead development and integration of photolithography, grating fabrication, etching and deposition processes, while investigating yield-limiting defects and process variations.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor photolithography and wafer fabrication.
• Background in process development or integration.
• Knowledge of dry/wet etching and deposition.
• Experience with III-V semiconductors or optoelectronic devices is a plus.
• Familiarity with DOE and yield improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimise and integrate wafer fabrication processes for optical devices.
• Work with photolithography, grating fabrication, etching and thin-film deposition.
• Investigate process variations, defects and yield issues.
• Support transitions of new device technologies into manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and product development teams.
• Contribute to optical process development and alignment systems.
