Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a qualified technician to maintain and troubleshoot photolithography equipment in a fast-paced environment. You will log data, collaborate with engineers, and train junior staff while adhering to SOPs.

The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent experience, familiarity with clean rooms, and semiconductor maintenance certifications. Night shift duties and rigorous safety standards apply, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent military experience or 2+ years photolithography semiconductor experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Familiar with Clean Room Environment.
• Semiconductor Equipment Maintenance Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety protocols.
• Practice 5S methodology.
• PM activities on photolithography spinner systems.
• Data analysis to identify tool performance.
• Ownership & Accountability.
• Metric ownership.
• Problem solving skillset.
• Detail- and task-oriented with customer service and teamwork focus.
• High initiative and willingness to learn.
• Ability to learn new systems and adapt to procedure changes.
• Ability to meet due dates for action items.

• Familiar with TPM concepts.
• Work hours: D Shift (night) – Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm – 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays.
