Job summary

Hawthorn Innovations is seeking a senior photographer and videographer to join our Studio in Louisville. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team of art directors, stylists, and editors, handling photo and video projects from concept through final delivery.

Expect to work across beverage, spirits, food, and hospitality campaigns, with responsibilities spanning pre-production to post. The role requires 8–10+ years of professional experience, proficiency with Phase One, RED, Canon workflows, and strong

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years of professional photography and/or videography experience with a portfolio of commercial product work.
• Hands-on experience with Phase One systems, RED cameras, and multi-body Canon workflows.
• Deep expertise in Capture One, Photoshop, and Premiere, plus color grading tools for photo and video.
• Experience producing assets across social media, OOH, TV, and full commercial productions.
• Meticulous attention to detail while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a real voice in creative direction meetings and help shape concepts before shooting.
• Contribute to storyboards, shot lists, lighting plans, and production schedules.
• Shoot product photography and video for beverage, spirits, food, and hospitality.
• Run productions with Phase One, RED, and multi-body Canon setups.
• Edit, retouch, and grade in Capture One, Photoshop, and Premiere, delivering assets for phone screens to billboards.
