Job summary

Hawthorn Innovations in Louisville, KY seeks a versatile Graphic Designer to create across mediums—from digital ads to product design and packaging. You’ll join our Studio-Agency Hybrid and collaborate with photo, video, build, and supply chain teams to bring bold ideas to life.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is required; After Effects or 3D tools are a big plus. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute fresh concepts while delivering pixel-perfect work.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is required.
Experience with Figma, Elementor and web design is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture for campaigns.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changes.
Ability to contribute own creative ideas and concepts.

Responsibilities

Design Across Mediums: digital, print, OOH, industrial design, and animation.
Brand Builder: develop luxury packaging and compelling ad campaigns.
Motion and Illustration Bonus: experience in industrial design, animation, illustration, or 3D rendering preferred.
Web & UX Pro: familiarity with Figma, Elementor, and interactive web elements helpful.
Production-Ready Pro: prep files for large-scale print and retail builds.
Creative Problem Solver: collaborate with creative directors and teams to push boundaries.
