Inspekt AI is seeking a Senior Photogrammetry Specialist to lead photogrammetry initiatives and advance 3D modeling for building inspections. The role focuses on refining processes, mentoring juniors, and driving innovation in photogrammetry techniques.

You will collaborate with drone operators, manage large image datasets, and deliver high-quality 3D outputs for web dashboards and inspection workflows. Fluency in English required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in photogrammetry, 3D modeling, and geospatial tech.
• Proficiency with Agisoft, ContextCapture or similar software.
• Familiarity with Gaussian Splatting / neural reconstruction is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and multi-project leadership capabilities.
• Excellent photography understanding and data processing.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Photogrammetry Specialist to lead our photogrammetry initiatives. This role is critical for advancing our 3D modeling capabilities and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and quality in our building inspections. As a Senior Photogrammetry Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in refining our processes, mentoring junior team members, and driving innovation in photogrammetry techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain and document photogrammetry related processes and guidelines.
• Lead the generation of precise 3D models of buildings and facades using advanced photogrammetry software such as Agisoft and ContextCapture.
• Produce and deliver 3D outputs in multiple formats as required — textured meshes, Gaussian Splat radiance fields, and tiled 3D assets for web-based inspection dashboards (e.g. Cesium).
• Oversee image alignment and ensure accurate reconstruction of physical spaces into digital models.
• Manage and process large datasets of photographic imagery, ensuring high-quality results.
• Collaborate closely with drone operators to optimize image capture for photogrammetric processing.
• Apply and refine manual alignment techniques and control points to enhance model accuracy.
• Develop and implement improved photogrammetry processes and workflows to increase efficiency and quality.
• Stay abreast of and integrate new photogrammetry techniques and software advancements.
• Conduct quality assurance of 3D models, ensuring they meet the company's standards and client expectations.
• Mentor and train junior photogrammetry specialists, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
