This role requires frequent travel (up to 75%), with a schedule of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and rotational weekend coverage. Pay ranges from $23.10 to $24.75 per hour, with eligibility for performance bonuses.

The position emphasizes high-quality specimen collection, patient interaction, and adherence to testing protocols across patient service centers, client offices, and other sites.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA and LA.
• English required.
• Travel up to 75% of time.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and specimen collections per established procedures.
• Obtain patient identification and accurate data entry for orders and billing.
• Provide coverage across PSC/IOP locations within territory and travel as needed.
• Maintain compliance with safety, privacy, and departmental policies.
