Minimum 5 years phlebotomy experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare staffing schedules for Phlebotomist for supervisor's approval.
Prepare daily assignments for Phlebotomist and clerical staff.
Assist in rounds to verify sample collection and locate missing samples.
Train new Phlebotomist and Medical Technologist students in venipuncture.
Perform phlebotomy duties and assist supervisor as needed.
Participate in interviewing and selecting Phlebotomists and provide input on performance.
