• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• Phlebotomy certification required in CA, NV, WA, and LA.
• English required

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections following procedures (venipuncture, capillary draws) with minimal error.
• Ensure patient identification and accurate labeling; perform data entry as needed.
• Prepare specimens for transport and testing; document orders and results.
• Provide professional patient service; maintain a clean, welcoming collection environment.
• Travel across PSCs/IOPs in the territory; mentor on-site staff as needed.
