Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist III Territory (Float) based in Lexington, KY, with travel across PSC and IOP sites. Hours vary 6:00 AM–9:00 PM, Monday–Friday, supporting patient care and accurate specimen collection.

You will work independently in a high-volume environment, handling complex collections, and adhering to Quest 5Cs to deliver exceptional service and quality results.

Qualifications

• Three years of phlebotomy experience required.
• English required.
• Phlebotomy certification in CA, NV, WA, and LA required.

Responsibilities

• Perform specimen collections (venipuncture, capillary draws) with accuracy and care.
• Provide excellent patient and client service with clear communication.
• Support travel across PSC and IOP locations within the territory and maintain readiness for scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety, privacy, and operational policies across the workflow.
