The role includes specimen collection, data entry, billing steps, and lab processing, with a compensation pay range of $21.50+ per hour and bonus eligibility potential.

The position requires three years of phlebotomy experience, English communication, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three years phlebotomy experience.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in CA/NV/WA.
• Medical training preferred (MA or paramedic).
• Must communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Navigate computer systems and accurately enter data.
• Obtain identification and enter billing information; collect payments as required.
• Process specimens: labeling, centrifuging, aliquoting, freezing, and transport prep.
• Perform non-patient duties: inventory, sanitizing, filing, phones, email.
• Maintain logs and comply with policies; assist with statistics and reporting.
