Qualifications

• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

• 3 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing following procedures.
• Represent the company to patients and explain procedures to build trust.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment with accurate recordkeeping.

• Perform daily activities under supervision, ensuring timely completion.
