Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draw quality blood samples and prepare them for lab testing following established procedures.
• Interact with patients to explain procedures and ensure a trustworthy, confidential atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Perform verification of patient demographic info and labeling post-venipuncture.
• Be flexible to work at multiple locations as needed.
• Adhere to policies, safety, and professionalism.
