Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Senior Phlebotomist for the Laboratory/Phlebotomy team at Bethesda East in Boynton Beach. The role is full-time with a 3P-3:30A schedule and carries a $10,000 bonus.

You will perform phlebotomy, handle specimens, and support lab operations with accuracy and strong customer service. Required: phlebotomy certification, strong computer skills, and experience in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and computer skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required.
• Experience in high-volume hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy per safety goals and hospital protocols.
• Receive, label, centrifuge, and aliquot specimens; prepare for transport.
• Enter lab charges and CPT codes; communicate results as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
