Job summary

EVONA is seeking a Phased Array Unit Lead in the Austin, TX / Westminster, CO area. You will own the technical direction of electronically steered phased-array antenna systems, acting as Principal-level Electrical Engineer with hands-on RF design and cross-disciplinary leadership.

You will guide architecture, be responsible for end-to-end product ownership, collaborate with RF, antenna, mechanical, and software teams, engage with customers, and drive design reviews and product execution while

Qualifications

• 8–14 years engineering experience, with 10–12 years ideal.
• Hands-on RF/electronics with board-design experience.
• Experience owning complete electronic systems at box level.
• Able to lead small technical teams and communicate complex concepts.
• Space, aerospace or defence background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and development of phased-array products.
• Provide end-to-end product and technical ownership.
• Lead engineering execution from architecture through product development.
• Coordinate and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Engage directly with customers on technical matters.
• Drive design reviews, risk management and product delivery.
