ICON Strategic Solutions is recruiting a Senior CRA for Phase 1 Oncology in Chicago or Milwaukee. You will oversee trial monitoring, ensure adherence to protocol and GCP, and drive data integrity across sites.

You will lead site visits, resolve issues, train site staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and successful trial execution while supporting travel up to 60%.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate with strong regulatory knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple sites and projects simultaneously.
• Expertise in monitoring practices and data integrity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 60%.

Mansioni

• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP standards.
