Job summary

ICON Strategic Solutions on the West Coast seeks a Senior Clinical Research Associate to oversee Phase I Oncology trials. You will monitor sites, ensure protocol adherence, and maintain GCP compliance in a sponsor-dedicated model.

You will lead site visits, train staff, manage multiple sites, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely data, quality outcomes, and ongoing trial execution in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or healthcare field.
• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; travel about 60%.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring sites to ensure adherence to study protocols and GCP.
• Conducting site visits to assess performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely data collection and reporting.
• Providing training and guidance to site staff to maintain high conduct standards.
• Building and maintaining relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
