Qualifications

• PTCB certification (except Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing and medication safety.
• Operate pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information.
• Coach pharmacy technicians and cashiers on processes to improve efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service and help customers find products.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and register transactions.
• Support inventory management and stock control.
• Adhere to all company policies and pharmacy codes of conduct.
• Participate in training to maintain PTCB certification and ongoing education.
