Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in dispensing prescriptions under supervision, verify information and interactions.
• Enter patient and drug data into pharmacy systems and maintain accuracy.
• Manage inventory and pharmacy supply cleanup; process purchases and shortages.
• Handle phone calls and guide customers to OTC products and services.
• Support clerical duties and assist with pharmacy workflow and documentation.
• Maintain compliance with Good Faith Dispensing and the Pharmacy Code of Conduct.
