Responsibilities

• Prepares Parenteral products (IV, IVPBs, TPN) per policies and USP standards.
• Processes printed medication orders and stock medication requests; prepares ambulance trays and code cart trays.
• Answers telephone and handles customer service window.
• Replaces returned medication to proper storage areas.
• Monitors par levels, reorders, and restocks controlled substances as needed.
• Mentors junior technicians and provides training as a resource for the team.
