Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Dallas Fort-Worth in Arlington, Texas is seeking a Data Entry Supervisor to lead the Data Entry Technician team. You’ll hire, train, and coach staff, ensure timely, accurate order entry, and collaborate with the leadership team to improve workflow and onboarding for new facilities.

The role requires a strong work ethic, leadership, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB)
• 5+ years of related experience (advanced degree may substitute for experience)
• Advanced computer skills; pharmacy operations system experience required
• Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
• Great attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Ensure high service standards for internal and external customers
• Hire, manage, train, evaluate, coach, and schedule Data Entry Technician staff
• Assign work volume appropriate to each Data Entry tech's duties and monitor productivity and accuracy
• Work with leadership to streamline new facility setup and onboarding
• Ensure workflow guidelines are followed and deadlines met
• Provide assistance and analysis for QS1 and Docutrack
• Develop regularly scheduled performance evaluations with the Director of Operations
• Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Collaborate with other supervisors to keep work flowing smoothly
