Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Pharmacy license/certification or registration as applicable.
• Strong computer skills and experience with pharmacy systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high service standards for internal and external customers.
• Lead and coach Data Entry Technician staff; schedule coverage.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy; manage workflow and resources.
• Serve as subject matter expert for QS1 and Docutrack tooling.
• Collaborate with leadership to set up new facilities and onboarding.
• Perform regular performance evaluations and foster continuous improvement.
