Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospital pharmacy experience required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) required.
• Must read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work under supervision of a pharmacist.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Leads or contributes to compliance audits, documentation, and medication-use process improvement.
• Prepares reports, assists with compliance documentation, and supports regulatory readiness.
• Collaborates with pharmacy staff, nurses and clinicians to ensure continuity of services.
• Mentors technicians and supports onboarding and training.
• Manages automation systems, ADCs, and software platforms.
• Independently prepares and dispenses patient-specific doses and sterile preparations as needed.
