Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience is required.
• Must have completed a pharmacy technician training program.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and aseptic techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to compliance audits and medication-use process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and support regulatory inspections and accreditation surveys.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff, nurses, and clinicians to ensure continuity of pharmacy services.
• Mentor technicians and support onboarding and competency validation.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement projects and staff education.
• Manage advanced pharmacy technician duties across core workflows and hospital systems.
• Ensure medication dispensing accuracy, inventory control, and regulatory compliance.
