Job summary

Qualifications

• PTCB or ExCPT certification required (except in Puerto Rico).
• One year of work experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or hospital setting.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain active immunization certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pharmacy operations under the supervision of the pharmacist to fill prescriptions and manage patient information.
• Support inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and shelving pharmaceuticals.
• Enter patient data into pharmacy systems and process third-party claims when needed.
• Provide courteous customer service and guide customers to OTC products.
• Coordinate with pharmacists for clinical services and outreach as required.
