Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor system queues and contact physicians for renewals and authorizations.
• Communicate with patients, physicians, and insurers to ensure accurate information.
• Review incoming prescriptions and attach to patient profiles; follow up as needed.
• Prepare, label, and package medications and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with customer service, billing, and shipping to move orders efficiently.
• Enter demographic and insurance data into patient profiles for new orders.
