Responsibilities

Identify and lead innovative pharmacy strategies to reduce cost of care and support enterprise growth.
Develop and optimize pharmacy products, programs, and partnerships to create new revenue streams.
Evaluate industry, regulatory, and technology trends to identify opportunities and risks.
Conduct complex financial, operational, and market analyses to support decisions and investments.
Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Build and manage relationships with PBMs, vendors, and partners to accelerate value creation.
Lead execution, measurement, and continuous improvement of strategic initiatives.
