Job summary

Holmes Murphy in Dallas, TX seeks a Sr. Pharmacy Consultant to support the Pharmacy Director with consulting and analysis services, leveraging contract negotiation skills and analytics to deliver validated savings for clients.

The role trains clients on pharmacy trends, collaborates with the Clinical Strategies Team, and monitors utilization across the client book of business. The ideal candidate has a strong data background and experience in PBM relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years' experience in consulting, employee benefits or provider organization.
• Demonstrated ability to train clients on pharmacy trends and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Trains clients on pharmacy trends, cost containment and clinical strategies.
• Collaborates with Clinical Strategies Team in client analysis and tools development.
• Monitors pharmacy and medical utilization across the book of business.
• Presents pharmacy strategy in sales finalist meetings for new business and retention.
• Collaborates with clients on cost effective/efficient plan designs and clinical solutions.
• Serves as internal expert on pharmacy and PBM questions.
