Holmes Murphy in Dallas, TX seeks a Sr. Pharmacy Consultant to join the EB team, focusing on analytics, contract negotiation, and delivering validated savings for clients.

This role trains clients on pharmacy trends, develops client clinical analytics, oversees PBM relationships, and presents strategy to win new business and retain key accounts. It emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years' experience in consulting, employee benefits or related field.
• Strong data analysis and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains clients on pharmacy trends, cost containment and clinical strategies.
• Collaborates with Clinical Strategies Team in client analysis and tools.
• Monitors pharmacy and medical utilization across client book.
• Presents pharmacy strategy in sales finalist meetings for new business.
• Collaborates with clients on cost effective/efficient plan designs and clinical solutions.
• Serves as expert for internal teams on pharmacy and PBM questions.
• Conducts industry benchmarks, contract reviews and assists in RFPs.
