Job summary

Holmes Murphy is seeking a Sr. Pharmacy Consultant to join the EB team. You will support the Pharmacy Director with consulting and analytics to deliver validated savings for clients.

Responsibilities include training on trends, collaborating on clinical analyses, monitoring utilization, and presenting strategies in client meetings. A strong data mindset and Excel/PowerPoint proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 7+ years’ experience in consulting, employee benefits or provider organization.
• Strong data analytics and client-facing presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Trains clients and employees on pharmacy trends, cost containment and clinical strategies.
• Monitors pharmacy and medical utilization across book of business.
• Presents pharmacy strategy in sales finalist meetings for new business.
• Manages PBM relationships and analyzes data to forecast spend.
