Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical sourcing, strategic contracting, or supplier relationship management preferred
• Negotiating complex agreements and managing competitive bidding processes
• Strong financial acumen with modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and contract performance analysis
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and healthcare contracting practices
• Excellent written, verbal, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations for complex pharmaceutical portfolios
• Develop and execute category and contracting strategies to optimize financial performance and client value
• Analyze market trends, financial data, reimbursement dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contract terms to drive portfolio growth
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to identify business needs and improve program utilization
• Oversee contract performance through financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and analysis of sales, savings and revenue
• Lead business reviews and strategic planning discussions to communicate portfolio performance and growth opportunities
• Develop business cases and recommendations for new pharmacy programs and contracting opportunities
• Partner with legal, compliance, marketing, and internal teams to support contract execution and client communications
• Monitor existing contracts and programs to ensure market competitiveness and regulatory alignment
