Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD and 4 years’ experience in pharmacy; including 2 years’ experience in pharmacy management.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license in state of practice.
• Preferred multi-state licenses and retail or mail order pharmacy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Central Fill pharmacy operations and performance.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including HIPAA.
• Mentor pharmacy managers, supervisors, and associates.
• Drive operational, financial performance, and growth initiatives.
• Foster relationships with retailers, providers, and vendor partners.
