Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Pharmacy or PharmD; NABP equivalency accepted.

• Experience with medication inventory, cycle counts, recalls, and expiry management.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and mentor pharmacy associates to ensure compliance and quality.
• Oversee equipment and medication inventory, recalls, and expiry handling.
• Visually verify prescriptions for clinical and legal accuracy per SOPs.
• Adapt to changing production demands while maintaining standards.
• Obtain and renew pharmacist permits/licenses in a timely manner.
• Develop and implement action plans aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with management to drive improvements and initiatives.
